We ship packages out within the next 1 to 2 business days after an order is successfully placed and confirmed payment. Packages with preorder items are shipped on the given dates. 4) How Do You Ship Orders?

We use Canada Post and FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When an order is placed, Canada Post and Fedex will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the total size, weight, and shipping options you choose. Orders are shipped within the next 1 to 2 business days once the order is successfully placed, unless otherwise noted.

Please take care when entering your shipping address. While Canadian Joysticks tries its best to verify the address format, any errors can delay the order process. If a package has been "returned to sender", Canada Post charges a return shipment fee in addition to resending the package.

6) Why is the shipping rate so high? Do you offer non-tracking parcels?

Canada Post and FedEx has a minimum rate for parcels and packages in order to offer tracking and insurance. Even though an order may have very few small items, the minimum rate still applies. This is even more so for cross-country deliveries. For safety and security of customer packages, we do not offer non-tracking parcels to maintain accountability and responsibility of delivery.

For parcels to qualify for Canada Post's non-tracking parcels, the parcel must be no more than 2cm in thickness (fitting most mail slots). This requirement generally means that items such as buttons and balltops are too large and can only be shipped via tracking options. For further information about size requirements and shipping rates, please visit www.canadapost.ca and www.fedex.com.

8) Are There International Taxes, Duties, and Fees?

The shipping and handling estimates for international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. The additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient, who is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
